The color RED is associated with love, passion, confidience, courage, willpower and enhances one's ability to cope with life's challenges among other energizing uses. There are some negatives connected to the color RED but I perfer to focus on the positive. This piece was created by using a beautiful red textured book board piece and then a dictionary page from 1914 was used as background and the vintage photograph was printed onto the page. There is black lace sequined brocade embellishments, distressed curled wire (ready to hang) and red eye lash ribbon trim. Nightmare No More

Change your Nightmare into an interesting experience by using Lucid Dreams. Lucid dreaming is being aware of the fact that you are dreaming while dreaming. This sudden awareness sometimes ranges from very faint recognition of the fact to something as momentous as a broadening of awareness beyond what has ever been experienced even in waking life. Lucid dreaming usually occurs while a person is in the middle of a normal dream or nightmare and suddenly realizes that he or she is dreaming. However, you can elicit a lucid dream using special methods such as asking yourself several times during the day "Is this a dream?", that question will become habit even in your dreams allowing you to realize that you are in a dream.

Beautiful Dreaming

Conscious dreaming is an exceptionally powerful way to improve your creativity. Painters like Salvador Dali, William Blake and Paul Klee created famous artwork inspired by dreams.

Even musical composers - like Mozart, Beethoven and Wagner - pointed to dreams as the source of their inspiration. In fact, some of the most scenery I ever saw took place in my lucid dreams. They reveal our most creative side because of the free-flow of ideas arising from the subconscious mind.
