When you work a spell one thing that is always changed is you. Always be very, very sure that you want to cast that spell and that there is no malice involved. January is the first month of the year and other than December, the last month of the year, January is the most difficult to get through. You are "spinning" new resolutions, looking forward to new beginnings and looking back on what was. As the first month of the year ends help yourself let go of anxiety by allowing the old worries rest. If it is a problem that someone else could handle, but you think you could do it better...just let it go and give them the gift of self reliance.
