Tangerine Nymph

Bring Spring into your home with a beautiful inside garden nymph of beads and bling! I am already so tired of the Winter coldness that I am starting my Spring time celebrations early by bringing my very own kind of Spring into my home. These lovely garden nymphs are brightly colored and come with their own stand alone blinged out pedistals leaving one leg loose so you can pose her in different positions. Christmas Decorations

I'm starting on my Christmas items, this shadow box has a special place to put that special ring inside it. A hand dyed wood shelf box with a drop down cabinet door.

Blessed Be

Mother Nature wake up from your long Winters sleep, I miss you so and until you wake I continue to weep. Touch a finger to the fields and flowers and I with my tears will add to your showers. Together we will bring about bright and sunny days, and then we will watch as the country side color will amaze. Friends we are and forever we shall be, if only you would just wake and bring Spring for me.

Bride and Groom

Looking into the eyes of love these two are frozen forever in a love that will last and last. This cake topper has been reincarnated with rhinestones glittering, faux pearls and a little of this and a little of that showing that what was lives on and is loved once again.

Kitchen Witch

There is a seasonal phenomenon that is the main cause of the bright autumn colors of the leaves. When the autumn days are sunny, plenty of sugar can be produced in the leaves. Then the coolness of the nights prevent the sugar from moving out of the leaves and down to the trunk of the tree. That trapped sugar creates a red pigment called anthocyanin and is what makes the best and prettiest bright colored leaves of the trees such as maples, dogwood, scarlet oak and sassafras.

Speaking of sugar, this Kitchen Witch Spirit Jar will produce a happy haven (or rehab if you will) for those mischievous spirits and fairies who cause the sugar to spill from the bag onto the floor when you are baking those special much appreciated cookies and cakes.

Protector of the Gods and Goddesses

Gods and Goddesses associated with the Earth element from very different cultures are as different as they are alike. All need a gallant worthy warrior to protect their Earthly gardens from peril and humankind. This is one of my reincarnated Star War's creatures, I think I have given this one an interesting background and I love his sterling silver shield (once an ear ring who lost it's life partner)

Pluto/Hades (Greco-Roman) god of underworld
Pan (Greek) god of nature
Nu Kua (Chinese) goddess of creation
Cerridwen (Celtic) goddess of enchantment
Geb (Egyptian) god of the earth
Mawu (Africian ) goddess of creation
Changing Woman (Apache) goddess of the earth

There are many others, to many to mention them all but their stories are similar and have been handed down for thousands of years. There is much truth in the stories, how could there not be since they all have had endured throughout all the years.

"Always keep your ideals high enough that you have to keep stretching to reach them" an anonymous quote which is one of my favorites, and not because I am only five foot one and a half.

Mystical Accessories

I am not sure exactly what I seem to be doing wrong this the last couple of times with my text on my blogs. I thought that if I changed color all would be well again. I have obviously punched the dreaded "What did I do" button and I am going to have to actually read a little to decided what to do next. Please forgive my limited mind. In the meantime the photo here is of a Sheath to keep your most precious wand in, or maybe those favored artist brushes of sable you cherrish.

Club Clutch

I call this a Club Clutch, I'll have to check to see if anyone else is using that term for a small clutch purse which holds the bare minimums and has a chain long enough to go over your shoulder and neck. Just having some fun finding some new things to decorate, alter or reincarnate.

I chose my Oracle Card randomly from a deck of Cards today and chose that ole' Burden Basket Card. I really dislike choosing this card. It seems everyone has a burden basket even you, dear reader. This is where you carry all your worries, burdens and troubles and sometimes even those of others or you allow others to carry your burdens for you. To be more self reliant one must focus on the positive ahead of us rather than what is in our Burden Baskets. Picking this card tells one that they should pay attention if they are focusing too much on their burdens or the burdens of others. It is a good thing to worry about others but you should also allow others to become self reliant and let them carry their own bundles themselves or they will be unable to grow. I really dislike having this card turn up, but I suppose I needed it otherwise it wouldn't have popped up today. Enjoy your day today and don't let that "Burden Basket" get the best of you.

Tuesday Chuckle

~Magickal Graphics~
Tuesday chuckle for you today, it made me laugh anyway! Hope it starts you out on a great chuckle day. The say laughter is the best medicine, but hugs are up there in the number two spot to be sure. So I am sending out chuckles and hugs today, and I hope you enjoy them. Thanks for stopping by and spending a minute of your hectic day with me.

Happy Sunday to All

~Magickal Graphics~

Have a happy restful Valentine's Day Sunday and I wish you Champagne Wishes and Chocolate Kisses. Just the smell of chocolate brings thoughts of Valentine's Day long since gone. Remember the little heart cards with funny sayings that you passed around in School. The "Special" Valentine Card from that special person or the one from your teacher. Scents and memory are closely united in the pleasure center of the brain. That is why it is so important that when celebrating a holiday or at any time you want to remember a special moment to stop...close your eyes...use those other senses to smell, feel the sensations of your skin and the sounds you are hearing. This will help make those memories stronger and longer lasting since we are using more than just our sight to remember. When you remember a special moment which of your senses other than sight do you most vividly remember?
